[ale] DIA / PDF export

Okay,

I've got my DIA drawing and now I want to export it as a PDF.  No go.

dia: symbol lookup error: /opt/gnome/lib/dia/libcairo_filter.so:
undefined symbol:
 cairo_pdf_surface_set_dpi_REPLACED_BY_cairo_surface_set_fallback_resolution

This is on a OpenSUSE 10.2 system with 3 cairo packages installed, but
maybe I need one more?

Suggestions?
