[ale] Pidgin Repository available

The mail I sent yesterday indicated packages for download.  After all
day of working at it today, there is a repository holding the files for
AMD64 and i386 systems; there is Pidgin, OTR, Guifications, and plenty
more plugins in the repository now.  Page with the information:
