[ale] OpenSuse kotd question

The opensuse servers/mirrors have a file called kernel-default.abuild-extra.tar that is in the kernel of the day area.  Does anyone know how to use it to get the kernel of the day?  I haven't found the kotd for OpenSuse 10.1 86_64 anywhere.  I need to update the sky2 ethernet module to test for reliability.  I can't use the sky2 module in the current 10.1 kernel as it has bugs and locks up after a small amount of traffic.
