If you don't already have a Ground Fault Interrupter, you 
should install one in the most  "upstream"  outlet 
(electriically closest to the panel) just  anyhow.

Iif you do have a Ground Fault Interupter,  reset it.  When 
a GFI "blows" everything downstream dies.

Replace the circuit breaker in the fuse panel.  If it  
trips, you have a real  problem.
