Possible, but I wouldn't recommend it. Unless you think dialup is fast
that is.

Any modern EDGE capable phone with bluetooth and a bluetooth adapter on
your PC would work.. and the service will be at least $30 (T-Mobile) or
more a month (Cingular is $40 I think). And it'll be dirt slow (slightly
faster than dialup.. with high bursts, and all of the unreliability that
 cellphones are known for).

Not sure if CDMA phones will work as well...
