[ale] OT: Vista EULA, of interest?

This is indeed interesting, however, it's hardly new with respect to
Microsoft.  For a good while now, MS EULAs have asserted MS' right to
rescind your right to use their software because they have deemed you to
be out of compliance with the license terms ("Microsoft - where do you
want your due process today?").  In my view, businesses that use MS
products do so with a sword dangled over their heads.
