Hi Chris,

You're not too far off.  $29 for the call-out, but then another $160 to 
get the breaker sorted out.  And no rewiring was needed - quite 
expensive for what was no doubt a very simple process, but then that's 
life - I get to charge more than I probably should for developing Web 
sites for people who don't know how to do it themselves, after all!
