Hi,
I wanted to install denhyhosts on an Ubuntu 6.06 server, but there wasn't a
package so I grabbed the one from 6.10.
sudo dpkg -i --force all denyhosts_2.5-3_all.deb
Now apt-get refuses to complete any operation and instead complains
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
denyhosts: Depends: lsb-base (>= 3.1-10) but 3.1-5ubuntu2 is installed
Depends: python-central (>= 0.5.6) but it is not installable
Is there any way I can tell apt to ignore dependencies for denyhosts? -f
suggests removing deyhosts and --ignore-missing does nothing.
Thanks,
Brian
