`mount` usually requires 'root' unless it is configured properly in
/etc/fstab, or under an automounter, or under by running mount via `sudo`.

BTW, what do you mean by "dump user"?  A user named "dump"? or the name
of any user running the `dump` command?   Ci zhi.
