[ale] OT: Do Not Call list

Oppps.  This was fwd'ed to me from a trusted friend.  I haven't had too 
much time lately to pay attention to TV or news.  After some Googling I 
now suspect this "8 day" thing might be a scam.  The number is valid so 
feel free to register anyway.
