[ale] lightweight http proxy server

Any recommendations for a lightweight http proxy server?  I've got 
several ClamAV servers inside a firewall and I want them to use one 
proxy server to download updates.

Additionally (if this is even possible) it would be great if the proxy 
server could cache ClamAV updates so each individual ClamAV instance 
didn't have to download the same thing from other sites.
