[ale] wiki recommendations?

I['ve been happy with http://www.usemod.com/cgi-bin/wiki.pl.

It probably has some holes, but I've got it on an https server with 
.htaccess/htpasswd protection and haven't gotten bit yet.

It's simple, but that makes it pretty easy to use, especially for me.
