There's one huge issue that's not be addressed here.  As I recall, the 
request was for a vendor to provide hardware and support for a number of 
Windows PCs and a Linux box.

You're not going to get that from Dell.  Judging from Vision's website 
they won't provide that service either.  Monarch is likely the only 
vendor who would provide onsite service for such a mix.

Either that or get your hardware at one shop and get your support from a 
local company.
