[ale] A redirecting appliance

Hi,

I am trying to find an appliance that is economical and will redirect 
outgoing web traffic to a proxy server.  Also, I would like to be able to 
manage it over The Internet.  I have tried several firewalls, but so far, 
no luck.  It would also be helpful it could be configured so that each 
physical port would direct to a different proxy server.
