I'm not really sure what this question is asking. Do you want emulator
like tiemu [http://lpg.ticalc.org/prj_tiemu/]? Or do you want a
symbolic math program like Matematica or xMaxima? Or maybe a basic
math program like ump [http://home.swipnet.se/ump/]?
