I used to have an old dataspeed model 40 at home, rolled paper for 
printing, 1200 baud modem.. but I don't remember the screen color.
Now the KayPro-II CP/M "laptop" with the full-sized keyboard, dual 800K 
floppy drives was a beautiful 9" green screen!! my kids learned to 
start it, put in the DOS boot floppy, and play Kong, and ladders!!
