AT&T has been fighting to win over the FCC to its merger with BellSouth. Since
there had been some principled (imagine that!) opposition on grounds of net
neutrality, there is some last minute deal-making. Among the things that they
seem to have agreed to is to allow there customers to have naked DSL. Whoopee
if it's true.
