[ale] Using internet phone handset dialpad with Skype

Hi Ale Folks and Happy Holidays:

I'd like the dialpad for my "iPhone" handset to work when I use Skype.

I'm using an "iPhone" that has a dial pad, and buttons that look exactly 
like the handset buttons on the monitor when I have the "dial" tab open 
in Skype.

The "iPhone" manual has not url or anything that would identify it 
better... it is not an Apple product... just an inexpensive handset.

How do I get the dialpad on the handset to work?
