Almost all SF issues originate from BS.  What I like about SF is that
when I call I get someone quick and that person lives in the US.
Probably in Atlanta.  What I don't like is that their support is closed
at nights and on weekends.  In these cases I feel SOL when the network
goes down.  When it has gone down it has been a BS issue and fixed.
