I don't remember what I did on the first machine...  But I just set one
up two nights ago on an Ubuntu Breezy machine.  I just picked an
ML-1000, printed a test page, and the margins were nearly perfect (off
by like 1/16th inch or so).

That was good enough for me.  :p
