That is very much closer to what I'm looking for. 
It's a whole lot easier than learning yum right off
the bat.  I'll get to the cli version of yum soon.

One point however, is there a way for it to group
packages?  ie, YaST, Debian's dselect(?), RH 7.2 with
GnoRPM all grouped by general categories.
