The version of E is 0.16 which is what was on the install cd's.
I followed the instructions and steps located here
<a rel="nofollow" href="http://rox.sourceforge.net/phpwiki/index.php/SUSE">http://rox.sourceforge.net/phpwiki/index.php/SUSE</a>
SUSE
Download the RPMs from <a rel="nofollow" href="http://packman.links2linux.de/">http://packman.links2linux.de/</a>. You need (from
the Other category):
* shared-mime-info
* rox-filer
You do not need rox-base, that has been made redundant.
Installation is similar to Red Hat.
I downloaded the above packages and then tried to install them using the
redhat procedures and then it keeps asking me to resolve various
dependencies which I then download the requested items from here
<a rel="nofollow" href="http://packman.links2linux.org/">http://packman.links2linux.org/</a> and install them and it's a never ending
cycle of required dependencies.
Would an rpm install solve my dependency problem? I was thinking of
starting over with a clean install and letting it install all the
various features this time around.
Can you provide a link to the rpm download site?
Also I have heard you can use YaST to install Rpm's but I have not
figured that out yet either.
Thanks for the help.

It appears that there are rpms available, have you tried them?
