No. I still have a fixed IP address with Speakeasy. Even after I
screwed things up by disconnecting the POTS that carried
the DSL pipe, Speakeasy was able to restore my original address
when the service was restored on another line.

Good folks. Tech support several orders of magnitude better than
that provided by Hell South.
