Mutt has a command for list-reply (L by default), which replies only 
to the mailing list, and group-reply (G by default), which replies to 
all addresses as well as the list.  It also has honor_followup_to, 
which will respect that header if it is set.  Very much an MUA-specific 
issue I suppose.
