[ale] Netscape 6.2, authentication failing for posting msg -> newsgroups, huh ?

Mozilla is so vast, I don't know what permissions are causing the server 
to deny Netscape permission to post messages to newsgroups, although I 
can do this from other machines on my lan, so I assume it's a permission 
'thang'  ;-)

Any help ?
