It's URL-based, so they'd all have to be named something distinguishable. 
Fedora, for example, does foo-DVD.iso for the DVDs, so something like

RedirectMatch (.*)DVD\.iso$ ...

will match just the DVD isos, but not the CD isos

Not all the distros do that the same way though so it's really a 
matter of what you mirror and how it names stuff....
