I've tested it and it is great. Only about $200 each unit and you
should need one per closet.

You'll need a different solution for access but this is an environmental
device that is serial only. For $400 more you can by the Weather Goose
that is network enabled.

> > Hey all,
> >
> > I have a bit of a dilema, I need an all in one unit for a
> > wiring closet.
> >
> > Ultimately, I'm trying to provide for physical and
> > environmental controls to each wiring closet that I'm
> > dealing with.
> >
> > Besides trying to fight with facilities about getting
> > A/C,
> > Sensors and Locks on each of these areas, is there / are
> > there any solutions that would provide an all in one
> > solution providing :
> >
> > - A/C, Humidification/De-Humidification
> > - Physical Security, lock/key or better yet, some sort of
> > smart card / card key access
> > - Mounting for equipment, such as switches, UPS, Fiber
> > distribution, patch panels
> > - Cable Management
> > - Environmental monitoring, although at the moment I
> > believe I have this resolved with NetBotz so as long as I
> > have a place to mount it, I'm good.
> >
> > I have already looked at Liebert and Wrightline but I
> > wasn't able to find any products that matched these
> > requirements.
> >
> > Thanks for the help.
