The above is the correct syntax, just be warned that IE no longer allows
that type of URL unless specifically disabled in the registry.  This is
due to various phishing scams that use URLs like this:

"http://www.good-bank.com/cgi-bin/update_user_prefs:7897a89fs7fahdjahfkshfjakfhjshkjfdahjfkdhfjakhfdhkfjhajfhdasfds78797a8f797sa87f9d at www.hacker.com/cgi-bin/bad_cgi.pl"
