[ale] lame vbr

What I'm trying to do is figure out the best way to encode all this
stuff that will give me a good quality in a small amount of space.

I've encoded with '--preset standard'  for about 14 CD's.  This yielded
1.2G of space.  To me that is too much space.  I'm retrying with
'--preset cbr 192'
