[ale] OT: Testing SNPP

Does anyone here have a Nextel phone or Level 3 capable pager I can send
a page to. I'm trying to test some 2 way paging code and I have a
Metrocall pager and it only supports level 4.  Net::SNPP does not
support Level 4.

The idea is that I send an alarm out to a technician and the tech can
then respond and take ownership of the problem.  After I get a response
from a tech I simply mark the trouble ticket as assigned to the tech
that responded to my SNPP page.
