Ah, phone spam! :)  It's doable, I found a link a while back where a guy 
had hacked an existing 'linux phone' application to do this, but I can't 
recall the app.  I'll dig around and see if I can locate a link or 
something.

I wonder if something like asterisk, or one of the more advanced 
answering system apps have this capability.
