[ale] Apache versions

Ok, so I think I know a bit about Apache, having used it for years now.
However, I was surprised in looking at the recent Netcraft survey to see
the sheer number of different Apache flavors.  I've always seen
ApacheSSL, Coyote and StrongHold, but this list truly amazed me:
