In *theory*, you can concatenate any overlapping mail together and
move the folders inside of it, and merge the configuration options
from each prefs.js into one (specifically, the account settings and
what-not).

In practice, I've never heard of it working.  Then again, I have
never attempted it myself, I only ever use one profile.
