Also the best was is to use BSD ports (/usr/ports/www/php4) to install
php and then add the packages from /usr/ports/distfiles/**

or

pkg_add -v <a  rel="nofollow" href="http://openbsd.mirrors.pair.com/3.6/packages/i386/&quot;package-name.tgz&quot";>http://openbsd.mirrors.pair.com/3.6/packages/i386/&quot;package-name.tgz&quot</a>;

will download and install all the dependencies as well. Enjoy!
