You can keep an eBay.  The only AIX 5.x I'm seeming to find,
however, is packaged with an RS 6000 7044-170 for $699.99.

They do have V4.3.3 up for sale, it seems.

That's the best I can come up with, I don't even have anything to
play with it on (as much as I'd like... I want to get to know
different UNIX systems... *sigh*)
