This would seem to indicate that you have connectivity, maybe a routing
problem?

This would appear to be either username is incorrect, password is
incorrect or authentication method is incorrect.
Can you choose an authentication method? Mine is set to PAP or CHAP,
although I'm not all together sure why. I do know my connection works.

Does this device provide any verbose logging? That might prove to be
useful.
