Startup telecommunication company looking for a developer to work on a
variety of projects, but in the short term, on a medium sized PHP
application using two separate DB backends, one PostgreSQL, one MySQL.
Obviously, MySQL, PHP and PostgreSQL knowledge and experience are a
must. Additionally:
* CVS. Important that you fully understand CVS as a user, using the
command line client.
* Linux server administration. Very important, we might need a hand on
that, but it will not be your main duty.
Other things that help, though not "musts":
* Redhat Enterprise Linux 3.0 experience. We run this at the moment.
* Basic knowledge of XHTML+CSS.
* Some Javascript.
* Knowledge of Asterisk.
We need a team player. This is a startup environment, so you will need
to help in other areas that you might have expertise in. This is a full
time position.
The location is MARTA accessible, and the work environment is great.
Compensation is to be discussed, but if you know what you want to earn,
include that in your reply with your resume. No Word documents, please.
PDF, plain text or HTML are fine.
