[ale] Count mail per user

Anyone know of a package that will track the amount of mail sent and
received be each user on a system?  I've got mailscanner-mrtg running,
which gives me the totals, but I was hoping to be able to break it
down by user, without having to write a script.  I web interface would
be nice, but is definitely not required.  TIA
