[ale] Webcrawlers can harvest ALE Archive E-mail Addresses

Errr.  make that email, not HTML, in the first sentance.  In the second
I do mean HTML and that refers to the web archive.  The current ALE
archive is using MHonArc v2.1 so, no their is no MHonArc option for
this.
