[ale] OT: Netflix issues

I'm sure there are a few members of Netflix so I want to share an
experience.  This is in no way bad of Netflix.  I think Netflix is so
much better than Blockbuster.  I'm having an issue with receiving DVD's
that are not broken.  I ordered the 4 disk DVD collection of "The
Rifleman" and 3 of the 4 arrived damaged.  2 were cracked and one was
broken in two pieces.  I normally receive about 1 broken out of 20 but
for some odd reason the number has just jumped sky high.  Anyone else
experiencing a high number of damaged discs?
