Anyone else get a form letter recently from the Georgia Technology 
Authority?

"In April 2005 the Georgia Technology Authority (GTA) found that a state 
employee had opened and downloaded records containing personal 
information from driver's license extracts from 2002 files."

I presume that is calendar year 2002, but it can also be read as a 
quantity of 2002.  Anyone have more info on this?
