has a wide variety of rackmount parts and cases. Some pretty good
prices, too.  Too bad they aren't local... 

At any rate, they have a 43U server rack that weighs in under 40 lbs
shipping. And for the DIY crowd, they have the raw vertical ral sides in
both tapped and square hole. 

Their website is pretty ugly, but I think I finally found a source of
low cost racks.  I have seen the short versions at Austin Electronics on
occasion.
