[ale] HOW2 enable "attachments" under Evolution ?

Yes, I'm able to select which file to attach, but after clicking on it,
nothing appears in the attachment window. I've tried this with vi
created text files as well as screen output captured with >>.

Incidentally, I often edit an email in the reply window before sending
and often wish to print it out for archiving but don't see any print
capability under the reply window. Any way to do this ?
