I'm trying to debug a SOAP over HTTP problem, and I cant figure out what's 
come back from the server.   I've written my own little proxy that relays TCP 
packets in both directions, but it seems to cause problems of some type 
because otherwise working code timesout.

Is there a standard tool for this?
