Thanks for the lead on this. Naturally it is probably sitting patiently in 
/usr/share/doc or somewhere.

Drop the 's' on Preprocessor' and 16,000+/- 'hits' give plenty to explore!

Well, here I can just grep on 'cout' and improve the informativeness of my 
trace.
