I use one sheet for browsers and another (very simple one) for print layout. No problems with IE, FireFox, Konqueror, Lynx, etc.
I use some of the "Be nice to Opera" and "Help Internet Explorer's stupidity" rules, but they are only a couple of lines.
I have tables on a page of thumbnail images because I am lazy, other than that all CSS.
