(Since I've seen folks here that are involved in law enforcement, I though I would ask this)

I am looking for a program to do line of sights for a shooting range.  I want to be able to take an tin (contour information), input coordinates for my targets, give the origin point a "field of view" (say an angle of 22deg vertical, and 20deg horizontal), and have the program print out all available targets in my "field of view".

Anyone know of something like this?
