The link led me to the Sourceforge 'acx100_pci' project and, most
important, its README. That summary on support of both chip and product
was quite negative and also warned that my card was probably _yet_another_
(and unsupported) variant. The right answer: _all_ the pieces go home to
the store.
Wireless around here can wait a while.
