<asbestos_gloves> I made up a graphic invitation at low resolution and
correspondingly small size that e-mails and displays fine as a JPEG
attachment. Because of the low resolution, it looks like H*** when
printed, however.

I made up an HTML version with an included grapic (<img src="..."/>) that
is small, displays fine, and prints well. How can I make up an e-mail in
my text mail-reader (or as a file to include, brute force) that
incorporates the HTML and its image?

Any Outlook Distress user can do this, so how can I? </asbestos_gloves>

Alternatively, how can I meet my combined objectives: compact e-mail
message, decent and automatic display in most folks' mail readers, and
sharp printout?

TIA.
