I can vouch for this, no matter what your skill level, it is much easer to 
keep the blasted stuff out in the first place. Probably why I have so 
little experience removing it...

BTW the newsgroup alt.privacy.spyware is a great resource to stay current on 
this subject. Anything new and nasty, updates to the good removal tools, 
and of course the usual nuts you find on usenet:)
